Terms and Conditions.

Booking.

Bookings shall be confirmed in writing (E-mail, fax, or via post).

Bookings shall be considered confirmed only when the booking is accompanied by a deposit valued at 30% of the tour price, whose receipt has been acknowledged by our bank.

The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before the tour begins. Please see the payment section below to see what types of currency we accept.

Cancellation
10% of total canceled 35 - 25 days prior to arrival.
35% of total costs if canceled 24 -05 days.
100% of total cost if canceled 04 days prior to arrival.

Rates
Include all expenses in respect of vehicle and driver as per itinerary. Table d'hôte meals on safari. Entrance fees to National Parks and Game Reserves unless if specified.

Transportation
Safari minibuses, 4-wheel drive vehicles, trucks or coaches will be provided according to the number of clients. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub - contractors. English speaking guides and drivers are provided.

Accommodation
Based on two persons sharing twin room. Where possible rooms with private bath are requested. Single rooms are available at an additional cost but can not be guaranteed. Hotels and Lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels or lodges.

Alteration of Tours
Suppliers reserve the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should it be necessary. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.

These are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of updating and are subject to change without notice.
