4 Day Post Tour Extension

Also called Unguja by the locals, this Indian Ocean paradise lies about 25 miles off the Tanzanian coast. Fringed by coral reefs, its beautiful sandy beaches create a perfect border for historic Stone Town, thought to be the oldest continuously active town in Eastern Africa. Visit and be romanced by the hint of spice in the air. There are no big-game animals here, but you will find many bird species as well as butterflies, monkey, bush pig and antelope.

Day 1 Nairobi/Arusha-Zanzibar
After Lunch at Carnivore Restaurant, transfer to the Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.

Days 2 & 3 Join a Spice Tour
View some wonderful garden and farms around the Island where you will be enveloped in the aromas of exotic and endemic spice and fruit from rose apple and guava to carambola and tamarinds. Savor different spices in their most aromatic state: cloves, cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, vanilla, black pepper and more.

Day 4
Day room in the hotel. Afternoon transfer to the Airport. Fly to Nairobi and connect to your overnight flight back home.
